1. Who we are

MetaMed Health Intelligence Ltd ("MetaMed", "we") is a company registered in England and Wales. This policy explains how we process personal data on our website and across our SaaS platform.

2. Data we process

On metamed.io we collect only the minimum data required to operate the site: IP addresses for security, basic analytics (aggregated, non-identifying) and any information you submit through contact or demo request forms.

For NHS trusts and other customers using the MetaMed platform, patient data is processed strictly under a Data Processing Agreement. MetaMed acts as the processor; the customer remains the data controller. We do not train shared models on customer clinical data.

3. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Email privacy@metamed.io to exercise any of these rights.

4. Retention

Website form submissions are retained for 24 months and then deleted. Clinical data retention for platform customers is governed by the Data Processing Agreement.
