1. Acceptance
By accessing the MetaMed website or platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Platform use
Access to the MetaMed clinical platform is governed by a separate written Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement executed with the customer organisation.
3. Medical disclaimer
MetaMed supports clinicians with surveillance and decision support. It is not a substitute for clinical judgement. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating clinician and the customer organisation.
4. Intellectual property
All content on metamed.io including logos, copy and visual design is the property of MetaMed Health Intelligence Ltd unless otherwise indicated.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
